We process account details, request and job information, credit activity, and the session data required to complete a request. Payment providers process payment details under their own policies.

Information is used to authenticate requests, process downloads, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information.

Session details saved in the dashboard remain in your browser until you clear them. Server-side data is retained only as needed for processing, delivery, security, and legal obligations.

You can clear saved session data in Session Setup. You may also contact us to request access to or deletion of account information, subject to legal and security requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a trusted device and never send credentials through email or support messages.
